Article Wan, a Ghanaian singer who specializes in reggae and Afro dancehall, has reassured his fans that he is far from being outdated and has vehemently denied suggestions that he is no longer relevant in the music industry.

In a recent interview with JoyPrime’s On a More Serious Note, the Solo crooner dispelled allegations of a declining career by explaining that his break from the music scene was a calculated strategic move meant to redefine his image and fit in with the direction the industry is currently taking.

The musician, who is now promoting his new song YeYe, stated that he is confident in his choice and that his break has exposed him to a variety of situations. He aims to improve his career by incorporating these new experiences into his work.

There was a time in my life when I made the decision to take a step back and relaunch Article Wan because the music industry pays well. When I travel, I experience new things. It’s just a question of time,” he said in the conversation.

“I haven’t passed away yet, and I never will. All I need to do is take a seat, work correctly, and dedicate more time to honing my skill and creativity before returning,” he said.
