The Global Media Alliance Broadcasting Company has also been hit with financial constraints due to the COVID-19 pandemic and as a results made them to lay off their top employees.

It was reported that, Ms Naa, Joel Orleans, Caroline Sampson, Agnes Ntow, Blackboy, Killerfingerz and others have been kicked out at YFM in bid for the company to stay afloat financially as other companies have done.

According to Ms Naa, though she is sad, she has enjoyed every bit of her eleven years working relationship with the Accra based radio station.

However, Caroline on the other hand disclosed that she still has businesses to run, though she has been approached with contract offers from other companies.

She stated that she wont rush to sign them and later regret by working with any company with unstable finances.

“I have businesses on the side. I’m okay. It’s not that bad. I’ll still survive because I have other things I’m into,” she said.
